This is how the kitchen was before work commenced, the kitchen was extended slightly out into the lounge to make a larger kitchen

The breakfast bar was knocked down and a newly extended wall built to incorporate the new worktop and table

The finished kitchen with all appliances such as dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine all hidden behind cupboard doors.

The units couldn't go all the way to the ceiling due to the apartment having very high ceilings so above the units the area was boxed in and a new corniche added to match the rest of the ceiling and an extra spotlight added.  This is also very good to stop dust & grease building up above units.

Very little of the lounge was lost by extending the kitchen outwards.
